  • Led the development of impactful features such as discount improvements and promo code support, by taking a proactive approach in driving their success.

  • Played pivotal role in re-design and development of the transaction processing and fulfillment systems.

Associate Software Engineer

Puppet | august 2020 - june 2021
  • Developed a full-stack application called Puppet Comply, in collaboration with the Compliance team, to assess infrastructure against CIS benchmarks using React, Go, Docker, Replicated (Kubernetes).
  • Performed agile development processes, delivering monthly releases and contributed significantly to post-GA releases.
  • Solicited feedback from internal and external customers, resulting in new feature implementations and timely issue resolution.
  • Collaborated with Product Manager and UX team on planning and deployment of new features.

Contract Engineer

Wia | june 2020 - july 2020
  • Collaborated closely with the Wia team to develop a brand new Android application using Flutter and Bluetooth Low Energy to enable over-the-air updates of DFS-1.
  • Utilized Time-of-Flight sensors and multiple DFS-1 units to detect room occupancy, creating a user-friendly display for easy viewing.
  • Rapidly prototyped the application by designing in Figma and setting up a frequent feedback loop with the Wia team during development.

Placement Software Engineer

Puppet | august 2018 - august 2019
  • Developed and maintained over 40 open source Puppet modules, delivering features, bug fixes, and releases for the Modules / IA Content team.
  • Conducted rigorous testing using Rspec, Litmus, and CI platforms such as Travis, Appveyor, and Jenkins to ensure quality and efficiency of software.
  • Assisted in the review of open source contributions from both internal and external customers to improve product functionality and address customer issues.
  • Proficiently worked with both Puppet code and Ruby code bases to effectively deliver results.
